Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Leadmonk Affiliate Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, Leadmonk, and our customers. Please read thoroughly before you register and promote Leadmonk as an affiliate.

Usage and Obligations

There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know.

• Self-referrals are not allowed (i.e., signing up for Leadmonk through your affiliate link)
• Commissions will not be awarded for verbal references; referrals must come through an affiliate link to be eligible for payout.
• Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (i.e., posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will result in your account being permanently banned.
• No Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), or any other ads that would compete with our marketing and cause potential confusion for customers.
• No Facebook ads that link to our website or anything similar would compete with our own paid marketing, drive up our costs, and potentially cause confusion.
• No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e., as an employee).
• No spamming (mass emails, mass group posting, etc.).
• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time.
• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violation of any of the rules at our sole discretion. Commissions generated by mechanisms that violate our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.

Commission Payment

You are eligible to get a commission at least 45 days after the referred customer converted from a trial to a paid account and when the total amount owing is equal to or greater than USD 50. So if your referred customer plans and upgrades their account on January 1st, you’ll receive your commission on February 15th.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in refunds will not be paid out.

To receive payment, you must provide a valid PayPal email address.
