We are building an AI-powered sales automation platform that helps B2B revenue teams convert leads into meetings by qualifying, routing, and scheduling in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product manager and engineer to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces (UI) for our web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive navigation and exceptional user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Apply user-centered design principles to generate innovative solutions that address user problems and enhance product usability.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target users and their workflows to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and assist in the implementation process, providing design assets and guidance as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Experience prototyping and building your own designs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate for designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with user research techniques, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona creation.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
